1. Acceptance of Terms

Account credentials — username and password — must not be shared with any other person. 44pk Game will not be responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have shared your credentials or failed to take reasonable precautions to keep them secure.

4. Deposits

All deposits on 44pk Game are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform currently supports the following deposit methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit cards and mobile wallets. Additional methods may be added or removed at the platform's discretion.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where technically possible.
• You may only withdraw funds that have cleared any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus money.

7. Gameplay Rules

Games available on the 44pk Game platform — including slots, live casino tables, fish games and any other game in the lobby — are provided by third-party software providers. Each game operates according to its own rules, which are accessible within the game interface. It is your responsibility to understand the rules of any game before placing real-money bets.

In the event of a technical fault during a game — server disconnection, software error, or a result that cannot be confirmed — 44pk Game reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to your account balance. If a game has already been completed and the result recorded correctly in our system prior to the fault, that result will stand.

• Using any form of automated software, bot or script to play games or place bets is strictly prohibited.

8. Sports Betting

All bets are subject to the rules of the specific sport and market as displayed at the time of placing the bet.

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. Once a bet slip is confirmed, the odds are locked in regardless of subsequent market movements.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to the live market being open at the time of submission. 44pk Game reserves the right to suspend live markets at any time during an event.
• If a match or event is abandoned, postponed or not completed within the time period specified in the relevant market rules, bets may be voided and stakes returned.
• For PSL and other cricket formats, specific rules apply to Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) situations. Markets settled under DLS will follow the official match result as determined by the DLS method.
• 44pk Game reserves the right to limit stake amounts on specific markets, individual accounts or event types at its discretion.
• Where a result is clearly entered in error, 44pk Game reserves the right to correct the settlement and adjust balances accordingly, even after initial settlement has taken place.

Suspicious betting patterns — including but not limited to placing bets that appear to be based on inside information, or coordinated betting by multiple accounts on the same outcomes — will be investigated. Affected bets may be voided and accounts suspended pending review.

9. Responsible Gaming

Where an account is closed for administrative reasons not related to a breach by the player, any real-money balance that has cleared wagering requirements will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.
